Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Local Delivery (Within City or Region)
For local addresses, we aim to deliver your order within 0 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.
This includes both processing and shipping time.
Local deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe arrival.
In most cases, deliveries are completed faster than 7 days, especially for locations within urban centers.
Non-Local / Outstation / National Deliveries
For non-local or outstation addresses (outside our primary delivery zone), the delivery timeline may vary depending on the shipping provider, distance, and accessibility of the destination.
While we strive to dispatch orders quickly, external factors such as weather conditions, transport availability, and regional logistics can affect the delivery time.
In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated and work with our courier partners to ensure a timely resolution.
